Loved it. Everything was perfect, including very helpful stuff and good location in a quiet neighborhood. Location: the hotel was not far from Medina itself then the confusion of the old streets, the complicated back alleys and the train station...

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. The hotel facilities were great, including a pool in the foyer and a jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace. The location was perfect, close to everything yet slightly away from the main square. Breakfast on the terrace was wonderful, with fresh coffee, orange juice, and delicious Moroccan pancakes.
Nothing all excellent.

The rooms are comfortable and provide all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel is located in the center of a local area, giving you a true taste of the authentic culture and atmosphere of the city.
The location can be difficult to find and the surrounding area can be intimidating, as it is filled with small backstreets and unfriendly locals.

Had a great new year at a centrally located hotel that allowed me to walk and explore the city easily. the staff was very friendly and efficient. the rooftop terrace was a nice touch with beautiful views. the breakfast service was amazing, with fresh fruits and local dishes. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and daily room cleaning.
The hotel was hard to find at first due to the confusing and narrow streets of the city. It might be better to ask for a private transfer if you are traveling with heavy luggage.
